For families across the Fleetwood, Topton, and Kutztown area, Christ Church Children’s Center is often the first way they come to know Christ Mertz — and we couldn’t be prouder of that.
The Center is a ministry of our congregation, offering quality childcare and early education for infants through sixth grade, year-round, Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, plus a Summer Day Camp for school-age children.
Housed right here at 16 Fleetwood Road, the Center means your child is cared for by people who see this work as a calling, inside a community that has served its neighbors for more than 250 years. Families of every background and belief are welcome.

The community of Christ Mertz Lutheran Church prioritizes always reaching out to our surrounding community. With its faith in Jesus Christ, a helping hand to those in need, and being part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, we are able to help beyond our borders. We continue to look forward and pray that God blesses our efforts and uses us to proclaim the Good News. Just as those settlers, our ancestors strived to do so many years ago.
