Throughout the year, you’ll find events that honor the rhythms of family life β kicking off the school year with fresh energy, pausing for meaningful moments during the holidays, and filling the summer with experiences kids will actually talk about when they get home. We’ve planned things that are goofy, things that are gorgeous, and everything in between.
We want every child who walks through our doors to feel seen, loved, and excited to come back.
For parents, we know that choosing how to nurture your child’s spiritual life is one of the most personal decisions you can make.
We don’t take that lightly. Our programming is thoughtfully led, safe, and always oriented toward helping kids develop a faith that’s genuinely their own β not just inherited, but internalized.
And it’s not just about the kids. Many of our gatherings are designed to bring the whole family together, because we believe faith is most powerful when it’s lived at home, too.
Little Ones (Pre-Kβ4th)

Tweens (5thβ8th)
Engaging challenges, real conversations, and a crew of peers who get it β because community matters most at this age.

Deeper faith exploration, servant leadership opportunities, and events that respect where they are in life.
Christ (Mertz) Lutheran Church
The community of Christ Mertz Lutheran Church prioritizes always reaching out to our surrounding community. With its faith in Jesus Christ, a helping hand to those in need, and being part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, we are able to help beyond our borders. We continue to look forward and pray that God blesses our efforts and uses us to proclaim the Good News. Just as those settlers, our ancestors strived to do so many years ago.
