This year\, in a beautiful display of compassion and community\, the church family came together to create 65 hand-crafted stuffed animals for the children at the Reilly Children’s Hospital at Lehigh Valley Hospital. \nFrom soft turtles and cuddly bears to playful dolphins and penguins\, the church transformed its fellowship hall into a cozy workshop where every stitch and seam was sewn with love. It was an inspiring sight as members of all ages worked side by side\, weaving their prayers and hopes into each handcrafted animal\, each one meant to bring comfort and joy to a child in need. \nThis annual event\, which has quickly become something the congregation looks forward to\, reflects the deep faith and compassion that define this community. The leaders of the event\, who are already planning for future gatherings\, are hopeful that the church will be able to host this heartwarming initiative twice a year—offering even more opportunities to bless children with these comforting gifts. \nAll Saints Sunday is a day to remember the saints of the church\, those who have gone before us\, and the children of God who continue to walk in faith. This event was the perfect way to embody that spirit: by sharing love\, kindness\, and faith with the most vulnerable among us.
