This morning’s worship service began with a baptism, then moved to a children’s sermon featuring a LEGO Millennium Falcon and the Old & New Testament. The sermon emphasized the challenge of Jesus’ new commandment “Love one another.” The simplicity of the commandment does not take away the hurdles it presents.
Offering their last choir anthem for the season, the vocal choir sang “Total Praise,” by Richard Smallwood.
